According to recent industry data for new homes with average qualities, the <strong>turnkey price<\/strong> usually ranges between approximately <strong>\u20ac1,800 and \u20ac2,200\/m\u00b2<\/strong> depending on standard qualities.   <\/p>\n\n<p>This price can go up to <strong>2,800 \u20ac\/m\u00b2<\/strong> or more if we are looking for higher specifications or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/francortesarquitectos.com\/guia-completa-sobre-las-casas-pasivas-o-passive-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Passivhaus systems<\/a><\/strong>. This includes project, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/francortesarquitectos.com\/en\/construction-management-in-madrid\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">construction management<\/a><\/strong>complete execution, installations and usual finishes. <\/p>\n\n<p>If we transfer this to a typical house of <strong>150 m\u00b2<\/strong>, the total turnkey costs can be around <strong>210,000 \u20ac to 270,000 \u20ac<\/strong> in average qualities.
