The starting point is the preparation of the briefing, for which we conduct a personal interview about the project, its objectives, needs, the people who will inhabit it… with the idea of designing the place where our client wishes to be, whether it is their home or their work space.
The so-called turnkey plans can be applied to housing, offices or commercial and work spaces.
- Fran Cortés Arquitectos will be in charge of the complete execution of the work with qualified labor and highly competitive budgets.
- You will deal with a single interlocutor, who will update you whenever you wish on the progress of the work and the work of each of the trades.
- You will be able to disengage if you wish from the course and incidents during the works, as a technician will be assigned to supervise and coordinate the entire project until its completion.
- We will take care of all the details, including accessories, works of art or any other decorative details such as kitchenware or textiles that you wish.
- You will have a closed budget before the beginning of the works and you will know the date on which you will have your new space.
